Registration & Submission
IMPORTANT
Due to Corona Virus outbreak the CS2020 Program Committee has developed the following policy in regards to presentation modes:
OPTION 1: Presenting the paper on site at the conference. A 20-minute presentation (including Q&A). Q&A. At least one of the authors have to be physically present. Please bring your paper presentation on a standard USB Flash Memory. Each conference room is equipped with a Laptop and Beamer.
OPTION 2: Presenting the paper remotely: interactive. The speakers who select this option will receive via e-mail a zoom link for the conference stream and according to the program will make their 20-minute online live presentation (including Q&A).
OPTION 3: Presenting the paper remotely (non-interactive). A 20-minute pre-recorded presentation with recorded audio. The speakers who select this option have to provide а link Youtube from where their presentation can be accessed. A presentation link for all non-interactive remotely presented papers will be made available on the CS2020 web site after the conference for online viewing by all registrants.
The authors of an accepted paper is requested to select one of the presentation options and to inform via e-mail the program committee (cs_conf@tu-sofia.bg) not later than 30 Sept.
At least one of the authors of an accepted paper must register for the conference. The authors of an accepted paper that will not be able to physically attend the conference have to register with a reduced conference fee of 80 Euro not later than 30 Sept. The participation fee in this case includes: certificate for publication and participation; conference proceedings on a USB flash memory;as well as possibility for publication of an extended version of the paper in Journal Computer and Communication Engeneering (ISSN 1314-2291).
